Kasey’s passion for fitness and people shines through in everything she does – she makes every workout challenging, educational, and a whole lot of fun.

Ryan brings years of experience training both youth and adult athletes, with a strong focus on building movement quality and long-term performance. He specializes in corrective exercise, helping members move better, reduce injury risk, and train with confidence. Ryan’s coaching style is intentional, detail-oriented, and centered on helping every athlete reach their full potential.

Stephanie Edwards
Stephanie is a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach with over 10 years of experience helping others improve their health, performance, and overall well-being. Her journey into fitness and nutrition started from a personal desire to feel better, and after being diagnosed with Celiac disease, she developed a deep passion for understanding how to properly fuel and support the body.
In addition to nutrition coaching, Stephanie holds certifications in Personal Training, Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, TRX, and recently earned her CrossFit Level 1. Her coaching style is thoughtful, encouraging, and focused on helping members build sustainable habits so they can feel and perform their best — both inside and outside the gym.
