Our team of fitness and nutrition professionals are invested in your health. We have helped women and men in Mooresville find their fitness potential with our CrossFit & WELLfit classes for 7 Years. Over this time we have seen fitness newbies do things they never thought were possible and we have had former collegiate athletes get back to peak fitness.

Justin Fisher

FOUNDER | Crossfit Level 3 Coach

My journey from discovering CrossFit in 2014 to owning Deep Well Athletics is a testament to the transformative power of dedication and community in the fitness world. Initially drawn to CrossFit for personal health and lifestyle improvements, I quickly transitioned from enthusiast to coach, finding my calling in empowering others to achieve their fitness goals. In 2017, the opportunity to acquire the gym turned my dream into a tangible reality. Deep Well Athletics has flourished into a hub of strength, resilience, and camaraderie in downtown Mooresville, NC, embodying my commitment to making fitness enjoyable and sustainable for all. My story is one of profound personal and community transformation, highlighting the impact of a supportive fitness family and the joy of helping others see and reach their potential.

Tina is our resident fitness fanatic at Deep Well Athletics, always leading by example and bringing tons of energy to every session. She’s got a knack for pushing everyone to do their best and makes sure we all leave feeling stronger.
